PTP Suite Autumn 2025 - latest innovations in release v25.3.0

The IRIS PTP Suite Autumn release version 25.3.0 includes information on the pending updates to ECCTA Identity verification coming in November, legislative and annual updates as well as resolutions to issues found in previous releases. ​

PTP Share Register - ECCTA identity verification update

From 18 November 2025 all companies will need to ensure current Directors, PSC’s and LLP Members have their identities verified either with Companies House directly or through agents as Authorised Corporate Service Providers (ACSP’s). We are currently implementing changes to make the product ready for the launch.
